:: Allover covered field in a Herati design motif with design density delineating a paneled lattice outline atop an abrashed field. Colors and shades include: Charcoal, beige, copper, brown, bronze, gold, cobalt blue, indigo blue, antique ivory, pale coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Professionally reduced to the perimeter outer minor border. Old minor residue of adhesive tinting on the reverse side of the carpet not showing to the front. Not cracking or brittle. Localized areas of touch up. One end measures more narrow than the other at 8'1" as opposed to 8'4", within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 8'4" x 14'11".
