:: Open field wrapped by floral top view design elements in alternating coloration. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, ruby red grapefruit, antique ivory, cream, burgundy wine red, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight contour to shape, within normal margin for type and age. The tips of the wool show oxidization and patina whereas the roots are deeper in saturation and tone. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Anatolian rug mat made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 1'8" x 2'5".
