3x5.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Oversized concentric stepped center medallions with arrowed design elements therein and hook-and-latch outermost end detailing with minor blossom finials atop an abrashed ground. Repeating quatrefoil minor floral top view corner spandrel. Colors and shades include: Pink, dusty rose, blush, bronze, slate blue, antique ivory, cream, silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some light uneven edge tension which should ease over time through use with a pad. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1980's vintage. Size measures 2'11" x 5'5".
