:: Allover asymmetric design motif with geometric trefoil germinating plants and long stemmed stalks with oversized blossoms, serrated leaves, meandering inner and outer main border. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, navy blue, sky blue, ivory, dusty mauve, chocolate brown, dusty jade green, pale aqua, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Tatter to sides and ends. Period correct painted rug. One side measures 2' as opposed to 2'3", within normal margins for type and age. A few surfaced white knots of continuing weft and warp surfacing to the pile. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehriban rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'3" x 3'5".
