:: Unusual asymmetric design motif with large off-center center medallion featuring fleur de lis like finials stepping into a larger shadow medallion with cloud band stylized contouring atop a covered field of roses and floral interpretations in addition to highly intricate woven interpretations of foxes. Outer border in classic Caucasian soumac style running water / wave motif in reciprocating contour. Colors and shades include: Mallard green, sky blue, navy blue, charcoal brown black, saffron yellow, ivory, blush, dusty rose, cherry red, and more. Condition notes: Isolated areas of foundation showing through. Tatter to sides and ends, with both ends showing partial original macramé. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand woven Caucasian Karabagh Soumac rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 4'2" x 6'1".
