:: Suggestive shadow medallions based on design density and tight fine weave with Rococo stylized leaves and vines sprawling across the main field in delicate blossoms. Unusual floating main border with similar inner and outer minor border. Colors and shades include: Pistachio green, pale lemon lime green, sapphire blue, powder blue, beige, saffron yellow, terracotta, ivory, rust, chestnut, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Carpet has a few areas of recess to knot heads isolated to the perimeter from old moth nibbles. Multiple areas of repile in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kashan carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7'5" x 10'3".
