Minor borders in meandering vine and floral cross-section design rendering with boteh and repeating germinating plant design motif. Colors and shades include: Dusty blush, antique ivory, oxidized silver, silver, platinum, beige, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple repairs in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mahal carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 10'4" x 15'2".
