:: Oversize center medallion with interior starburst floral minor medallion enveloped by intricate flowers, leaves and tendrils finished in scalloped arabesque and rococo inspired outlines adorned at either end by elongated finials atop an abrashed main field of buds and blossoms. Colors and shades include: Dusty denim blue, dusty powder blue, blush, dusty rose, black cherry red, dusty teal, cochineal red, ruby red grapefruit, sand, beige, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Areas of repair throughout in varying degrees of expertise. Hard wear on carpet, likely best intended for use further in home or with strategic placement of furniture, and care instructions commensurate with similar rugs of type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage.
