Vintage Thread Spool
Print tear sheet:: Very vintage with its original price of 29 cents on the label, this is a spool of 200 yards of J&P Coats Big Ball 20 Boilfast mercerized crochet thread "best six cord". Would look great on a shelf or desk or in a wooden crate with other knick-knacks, or could certainly still be put to use as wonderful thread! No staining whatsoever to the thread, looks brand new, still completely wound neatly as complete, full, completely original spool. The color of the thread is called ecru, and in other words I would best describe the color to my eye to be an antiqued ivory, closest to light khaki.
