:: Intricate covered field in a Herati motif wrapped by a serrated leaf and floral top view main border and meandering vine minor borders. Exquisite execution throughout with very fine weave and many colors. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, dusty teal, pale blush, faded aubergine, dusty gold, faded red and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured ends with chained fringe. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 4'5" x 6'8".
