:: Highly unusual and rare Cuban felt flag pennant vintage circa 1930s / 1940s with pirate donning a skull and crossbones on his hat - wow! WM. T. Sampson Guantanamo Bay Pirates felt flag. This felt flag banner pennant is in vintage condition and shows signs of use and age including slight discoloration, please refer to photographs carefully. Size measures 11"x29". In the effort of preserving condition as photographed, our contiguous US ship costing is at a slightly higher rate based on our wrapping these items to ship flat, and avoid creases.
