:: Center medallion atop a covered field of large scale floral arabesques scrolling throughout interconnecting large size palmettes and minor blossoms. Main border in an arabesque and palmette design motif partially resembling that of a Turtle Samovar style rendering based on design density and shadow contour. Colors and shades include: Pale coffee brown, dusty powder blue, dusty sky blue, faded sapphire blue, beige, sand, cream, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of expert restoration throughout. One end measures 11'2" whereas the opposing measures 11'9". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type.
