4x9.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug Runner

:: Oversized center medallion with lantern shaped germinating plant end finials atop an open field with corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion with checkered clusters of grapes. Colors and shades include: Ivory, cream, pale coffee brown, pale turquoise ocean green blue, pink, powder blue, sea foam green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. A few scattered areas of restoration to the foundation in addition to rewoven pile. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage.
