:: Covered field of panels rows and columns of panels each bearing woven imagery of various stages of blossoming plants from the side and top view. Interior central medallion with an inscription. Main border in a uniquely drawn arabesque and blossom design motif. Colors and shades include: Dusty raspberry red, cherry red, slate blue, jade green, pale emerald green, dusty rose, dusty blush, sky blue, powder blue, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Reduction to outer minor border. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Baktiari rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 5' x 6'5".
