:: Original watercolor of Prunus, a genus of trees and shrubs, including cherries, prunes, peaches, nectarines to name a few. Casually yet artfully detailed on lightweight paper. Colors are soft, including light lavender, celedon, bronzes and charcoal. Gorgeous original artwork dating to the 1870's. Unsigned by artist, but titled Prunus in pencil. Condition: Good condition, some slight discoloration in upper left corner, lower left corner is slightly mis-shaped/rounded. Full size measures 7" x 10.125" and cropped, the dimensions would be slightly smaller.
