2.5x4.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Lozenge shape elongated center medallion in geometric form with interior floral bouquet atop a narrow banded main field with corner spandrel overlays in germinating seed design motif. Main border in an oversized geometric floral top view. Colors and shades include: Pale royal blue, eggplant aubergine, beige, mint green, silver, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Secure sides, fully secured ends. Machine bound ends. Some light localized oxidation. Ideally suited for a lower traffic area deeper inside the home. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
