:: Diamond shaped center medallion with stepped contour and arrowed finials atop a covered field of interconnected floral blossoms. Main border in a Turtle Samovar design motif interconnected by double meandering vine. Heavy abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Terracotta, copper, dusty powder blue, dusty gold, oxidized silver, pale rust, ivory, platinum, hint of deep aubergine, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Light reduction to both ends and some foundation showing on the reverse of the carpet in localized areas as well as minor restorations. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bibikabad rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'4" x 6'7".
