:: Covered field of sprawling arabesques in wide contour and delicate fiery fills, outlining the more broad contour of a turtle samovar design rendering. A very sophisticated mapping, with abrashes across, main border in a blossom, floral bell, and palmette design motif. Colors and shades include: Oxidized silver, madder root red, ruby red grapefruit, beige, sandalwood, blush, rose, silver, platinum, charcoal and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 11'6" x 16'2".
