Vintage Distressed Oushak Carpet Product Description and Details
:: Scalloped center medallion adorned at either end by floral finials atop an open field. Main border in a meandering vine in geometric cartouche stylized relief. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, cobalt blue, ivory, sand, beige, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of professional restoration. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 11'11" x 16'11".
