Vintage Distressed Hamadan Rug Runner Product Description and Details

:: Heavy abrash throughout with tone-on-tone across. Main field bearing an allover repeating Herati motif, with emphasis on texture and distressed character. Colors and shades include: Dusty gold, beige, charcoal, antique ivory, olive green, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to knot heads and foundation with large regions of foundation showing through in addition to a small rewoven area approximately 2" x 1" on one side edge. Possible professional reduction to one end. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 19'9".
