:: Pictorial design motif of two roosters with a germinating tree between. Signed and dated 1981. Colors and shades include: Ivory, sapphire blue, charcoal, silver, copper, pale cherry red and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Light color migration of reds to ivory. Expert restoration to localized areas of the interior. This rug is wider than it is long, and sizes have been inverted from our normal convention to ensure presence in our size range search filter. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Sparta rug made in Turkey circa 1980's vintage. Size measures 2'4" x 3'7".
