:: Single asymmetric palmette with detailed and expressive serrated leaves with double potted tree of life motif inwardly directed. Highly nuanced throughout with unique artistic merit. Very unusual single stripe minor border, possibly in camel hair. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, camel blue, sky blue, powder blue, pale magenta, dusty teal, mallard green, lime green, dark copper aubergine, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Period correct painted rug with a main border showing a faded magenta shade which has been altered post production but pre-import. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Lilihan rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 4'2".
