:: Starburst center medallion atop a covered field of floral palmettes, vines, minor buds, and blossoms. Meandering vine inner and outer minor border. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, sky blue, dark copper, madder root red, blush, rose, aubergine, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of touchup, reduction to outer minor border, localized areas of restoration in varying degrees of expertise. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehreban rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 2'5" x 3'11".
