:: Shield-like center medallion with sprawling serrated leaves overlapping into the main field. Corner spandrel overlays reciprocating quarter mapped design of the main medallion, inwardly directed, and reciprocating in contour. Colors and shades include: Deep blush, pale raspberry red, slate blue, oxidized silver, beige, sand and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some localized areas of restoration. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 5'8".
