:: Oversize center medallion with layered end finials and central floral bouquet outwardly bursting define the confines of the main medallion scrolling into the main field with serrated character. Corner spandrel overlays reciprocate the motif of the main medallion in addition to the general contour. Wide banded meandering vine main border in a floral blossom design motif, primitive in drawing. Colors and shades include: Terracotta, pale royal blue, seafoam green, ivory, charcoal, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'5" x 5'4".
