:: Oversize center medallion with central floral bouquet adorned at either end by splayed floral cross-sections atop an abrashed main field. Playful meandering vine and scrolling bud design motif main border bearing unique nuances and character. Colors and shades include: Dusty mauve, antique ivory, dark chocolate brown, pale saffron yellow, pale royal blue, mauve, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Numerous areas of professional repiling, mainly located to one end main border, whereas the material constituting the pile is cotton as opposed to wool. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 5'3".
