Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug Runner Product Description and Details

:: Shield-like center medallion with quatrefoil oriented interior floral bouquet in serrated contour palmettes wrapped by a serpent meandering vine. Wefting of the rug is a dark oxidized silver and shows through to the face. Colors and shades include: Pale blush, dusty rose, silver, faded olive green, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'6" x 5'1".
