:: Diamond shape center medallion with intricate interior finned blossom, wrapped by floral top view petals and blossomed finned buds stemming therefrom. Corner spandrel overlays in simplistic, yet detailed finned and geometric design elements, wrapping the main field in concentric stepped outlines of alternating coloration. Colors and shades include: Pale madder root red, ivory, silver, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 5'.
