2.5x5 Vintage Kerman Rug Runner

:: Quatrefoil oriented center medallion with sharp serrated finials atop a covered field of thousand flower inspired design motif. Slightly coarser in knotting. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, cochineal red, powder blue, jade green, dusty rose, sky blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Newer applied fringe. Minor loss to one corner. Current selvages are slightly wider than the original, showing heavy fray in some areas although mostly stable for light to moderate traffic. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kerman rug runner made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 5'.
