:: Diamond shaped center medallion with elongated stemmed end finials in general contour to that of the main medallion in diminutive scale. Predominantly open field with partial halved floral palmettes and cross-hatched corner spandrels in lattice outline. Playful and well abrashed main border in primitive, simplistic drawing emulating unique contour of floral buds. Colors and shades include: Faded brick red cherry red, pale navy blue charcoal, seafoam green, silver, mauve, fuchsia and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with light foundation showing through. Original side cord selvages fully intact. Light reduction to one end, fully secured ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted vintage Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 5'11".
