:: Single column square medallions with asymmetric interior alternating fills each with outwardly directed, simplistic, germinating blossoms. Outer most medallions adorned with pineapple shaped finials of germinating plants. Dual narrow banded main borders in inverted coloration and mirrored serrated leaf meandering vine and germinating blossom motif. Heavy abrashes throughout. Colors and shades include: Ivory, beige, pale coffee brown, faded blush, dusty rose, soft hints of pale slate blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple repairs in varying degrees of expertise. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Anatolian rug runner made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 7'5".
