:: Pushti size oversize center medallion with scalloped contour atop a partially covered field of delicate branches and buds. Super intricate, featuring artistic merit in an otherwise known workshop type weaving. Take note of the patterning of the inner and outer minor borders, slowly evolving from a serpent motif into a meandering vine, and even barber pole style alternating design elements. Colors and shades include: Dusty rust, ivory, navy blue, charcoal blue, antique ivory, beige, and a hint of powder blue. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Older re-salvaging showing tatter to sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Haji Jalili Tabriz square rug mat made in Persia circa 1900 vintage.
