Finely woven Hamadan with exquisite curvilinear contouring, and playful nuances of color fills (note corner spandrels featuring serrated leaves in blush and green on one end, and blush and light blue on the other). Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, bronze, blush, brick red, sky blue, powder blue, navy blue, wine red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear to knot heads with some isolated areas of old moth etchings with exposed foundation. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted antique Persian Fine Hamadan rug mat made in Persia circa 1920's vintage.
