Vintage Hamadan Rug Mat Product Description and Details

:: Starburst center medallion atop a covered field of floral blossoms and vines. Very unusual ground color. Awesome thin banded main border in a meandering vine and floral cross section design motif. Colors and shades include: Burnt orange, tangerine orange, navy blue, cobalt blue, ivory, coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug mat made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 2'1" x 2'9".
