:: Center landscape pictorial view of a sprawling tree in full bloom in a roundel window of a medallion atop an open field with simplistic floral blossoms and lotus flowers. Interesting transitional piece, with Peking design motif, yet segway transition into an Art Deco weave ca. 1920. Very rare, highly coveted mauve field. Colors and shades include: Mauve, cobalt blue, sapphire blue, beige, charcoal navy and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Chinese Peking rug runner made in China circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'2" x 4'.
