:: Allover covered field in a Herati design motif with classic inverted Samovar turtle main border and meandering vine inner minor borders. Pile is constituted of high end textile wool, not commonly adopted into rug weaving. Trademark manufacturer insignia found at the top center main border. Colors and shades include: Black, charcoal, cherry red, beige, brick red, ivory, jade green, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Very thick and dense wool pile with minor edge roll assisted by vinyl straps sewn to the revers side edges. Some minor inconsistencies in black shades and abrash to red. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Indian Tabriz design rug runner made in India circa 1990's vintage. Size measures 2'3" x 4'1".
