:: Open abrashed center field with field spandrel overlays in a simplistic germinating plant, wrapped by a meandering vine palmette inner minor border and unusual meandering vine and finned leaf main border. Colors and shades include: Sandalwood, pale terracotta, ivory, silver, platinum, turquoise blue, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak square rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage.
