:: Color, color and more color! Amazing stretches of soft light, medium and dark indigo blues. Fantastic rich oxidized coppery green with a hint of mallard shades. Rich rust and a hint of tangerine orange, in addition to a super pale mauve sand beige. Simple, minimalist geometric rendering of what was once a much larger piece. Repeating herati motif and intricate serrated details surround each medallion as well as minor borders of great detail and color change. Fragment of a larger rug. Secure sides and ends. Even wear across with some areas of localized distressed aesthetic. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this distressed antique hand knotted Northwest Persian rug woven circa 1920's. Exact size measures 3'4" x 4'8".
