:: Large lozenge shape center medallion with delicate delineation in Rococo stylized contour and double direction central potted germinating plants outwardly directed. Awesome centuries old inspired design motif with true ancient feel. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, beige, sand, blush, rose, wine red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with isolated areas of foundation showing through. Original side cord selvages fully intact, reduction to both ends, professionally performed. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3'9" x 5'.
