:: Center medallion with quatrefoil bursting floral arrangement atop an allover herati design motif. Corner spandrels reminiscent of arabesques and partial nod to dragon-like design elements found in Safavid period carpets. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, dark blush, wine red, sky blue, aqua blue, powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even pile across with one or two areas showing wear. Original plain woven ends intact, showing minor tatter to corners. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Dargezine rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 6'7".
