:: Allover repeating late orientated ain field. Awesome stretches of abrash throughout in both the ground coloration and the lattice outlines. Inner and outer minor borders rather intricate, featuring meandering vine and palmette design. Main border similar nuanced abrash to the interior field, in a classic Northwest Persian meandering vine border with palmettes. Colors and shades include: Silver, oxidized silver, grapefruit red, blush, sky blue, powder blue, pale tangerine orange, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with some thicker areas of pile. Mostly secure side cord selvages showing some tatter. Tatter to either end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'7" x 6'10".
