3.5x8.5 Vintage Distressed Serab Rug Runner Product Description and Details

:: Single column interconnected center medallions with inwardly directed blossoms in geometric relief atop a partially covered field of arrowed guls end field overlays reciprocate the contour of the outer most main medallion in stepped relief. Outer minor border in a reciprocating pawn design motif with bat-like drawing. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, terracotta, copper, faded rust, olive green, sage green, oxidized silver, faded aubergine, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Secure sides, fully secured ends. One end measures 3'2" whereas the opposing measures 3'5". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Machine bound sides. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Serab rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'5" x 8'8".
