:: Allover covered field in a Herati design motif with inner minor border in a repeating boteh design elements wrapped by a meandering vine and leaf main border. Colors and shades include: Pale coffee brown, silver, platinum, oxidized silver, powder blue, terracotta red, beige, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Fully secured sides and ends. At some point in its past this carpet had been professionally reduced from its original size and length, likely in longer proportions as the end border on the reverse side of the carpet shows interior reduction and concealed in-seaming and adhesive. The work is quite convincing on the face of the carpet. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Northwest Persian rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'3" x 10'1".
