3x4.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Stepped center medallion with arrowed finials atop an open field with corner spandrel overlays reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Double end niche overlay with pinwheel starburst floral design elements wrapped by a meandering vine and germinating blossom main border. Colors and shades include: Pale coffee brown, oxidized silver, beige, sand, dusty turquoise blue, dusty jade green. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1980's vintage. Size measures 2'10" x 4'3".
