:: Classic Karaja design motif with center diamond shaped medallion wrapped by hook and latch motif buffered by two mirroring outer medallions in geometric stylized character atop an allover covered field of pinwheel designs and germinating flowers. Main border comprised of meandering serrated leaf and geometric flower design. Inner and outer minor borders in similar spirit with meandering vines and inverted ground color. Colors and shades include: Denim blue, sky blue, madder root red, beige, camel, mallard green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly secure sides and ends, even wear across to knot heads. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Fine Karaja square rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'1" x 4'2".
