3x5.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Oversized center medallion with floral top views and minor delicate vines interconnecting. Adorned at either opposing end by floral cross-section finials atop an abrashed field with corner spandrel overlays reciprocating the contour of the main medallion with inverted coloration and design. Colors and shades include: Cantaloupe melon, dusty teal, dusty turquoise blue green, fuchsia, magenta, charcoal, oxidized silver, beige, dusty saffron yellow, pale ruby red grapefruit, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One small are of expert repile. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 2'11" x 5'8".
