:: Roundel center medallion with interior fills of ribboned leaves, detailed germinating ferns, and floral top views ornamenting the perimeter. Minor finials adorn each end of the main medallion with abrashes across. Corner spandrel overlays feature cloudband stylized ribbons inwardly directed. Main border in a serpent and serrated geometric leaf design motif. Colors and shades include: Rust, ivory, denim blue, sky blue, pale turquoise green, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 3' x 5'5".
