:: Triple starburst center medallions atop a covered field with serpents, floral pinwheels, and checker motifs. Unusual and early oversized floral blossom main border in randomly alternating color fills. Colors and shades include: Indigo blue, beige, oxidized copper green, cherry red, dusty gold, charcoal brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with exception to darker shades in the charcoal and brown families exhibiting recess to the foundation, based on oxidation. Loss to either opposing end. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1870's vintage. Size measures 3'2" x 4'10".
