:: Covered field of guls with geometric arabesques. Inverted coloration with minor blossoms. Hook and latch main border with floral top views in alternating coloration and scrolled tendrils. Great contrast although a survivor piece. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, dusty saffron yellow, sky blue, navy blue, jade green, dusty blush, coffee brown, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Tatter to sides and ends. Hard ware to the center with threadbare, hole-prone, region. One or two patches. Possible reduction to outer minor border. Ideal for wall hanging. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian Caucasian rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1890's vintage. Size measures 3'2" x 4'9".
