:: Double carpet design motif with scalloped center medallions adorned at either end by minor finials with heavy abrashes across. Wrapped by a starburst outer and inner minor border. Colors and shades include: Dusty rose, dusty blush, cherry red, denim blue, oxidized silver, forest green, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Large area of restoration to one main medallion, measuring approximately 12 inches by 4 inches. Minor variation to contour with one end measuring 2'11" and the other 3'1", within normal margins for type and age. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 3'1" x 7'11".
